When we say Leigh went above and beyond to help us in the purchase of our home, we mean it! She went to great lengths to make our dream come to life! She was very kind, easy to talk to, and was pretty quick to respond! Would recommend!

Leigh made this process so smooth and was so supportive throughout. We had a lot of work to do before we put the house on the market. Her guidance during this initial stage of getting the property ready was critical. Leigh was always there for us and was very responsive. I was very grateful for her empathetic approach and the understanding and patience she demonstrated all the way through. Her knowledge of the market was evident. She priced the home exactly where it needed to be. We were on the market for less than 24 hours. This was an estate transaction and Leigh's probate real estate knowledge was invaluable. Leigh is a consumate professional, and also a pleasure to work with in all aspects of this real estate process. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs you have!

Leigh was so helpful throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She was a great listener and teacher to us. She had a quick turn around and was always willing to chat with us when we had questions. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel right at home. She fought for us and made us feel heard when negotiating. We could tell she was genuinely happy for us when we found the right one!

I entrusted Leigh to list and sell my family home which held a huge amount of sentimental value. She was very much aware of that and the fact that I have no real estate knowledge. She led me correctly, step by step, throughout the process and actually made several great calls along the way. When I should list the property and for what price were very key elements to the success of the sell. She listed the property on 7/7/2025 and final paperwork was ready for signing on 7/28/2025. The entire process was handled expertly with the most exciting element to note being...the property sold way over asking! Please know she was exceptional and I am forever very thankful!!!

Leigh was so patient throughout this process. She worked around our busy schedule, and kept me updated on everything as we went along. She helped me meet all the deadlines, and made sure that we were understanding of every piece of paperwork we were signing. This is the first time I've encountered a Realtor that isn't in it for the money, but really did want to help us find our forever home. :) 10/10 would use Leigh again!!!

When was searching for real estate agent to help us with sale the estate it took me a while, i was about to give up but i kept searching and searching after a couple of weeks,i finally found a Estate Sales Agent Leigh Holland,i explained to Leigh Holland about my dad's situationis he was in and that the house is in foreclosure and if she can help my dad. We live-in California and the house is in Indiana. Leigh Holland talked to us and explained to us the process to foreclosure and estate. Leigh had a background in distressed (waiting for foreclosure) properties - she knew the issues confidently. We had a nice house, but she had neccesary little things fixed, and cleaned up and was very excited about it the property. We listed around thanksgiving - so holidays slowed things down, and the interest rates were also becoming a factor. But she didn't chase people, just waited for an offer and then did some very good negotiation so that we ended up better than the listing price, even with just one offer. Very happy and satisfied with outcome. Also very nice to work with when issues/questions came up. Thank you Leigh.

We had a rental home to sale, but we didn’t want the tenant to have to relocate. Leigh wasn’t just interested in making a sale, she wanted us to be happy with the property. I started without any knowledge of the home buying experience, I just knew I was frustrated with renting. I had no real expectations when I reached out to her, just wanted to inquire and see where it’d go.. Next thing I know I’ve got my own home that I absolutely love. She made the process easy and made sure I understood everything along the way. If she seen a possible issue with a home we viewed she made sure to let me know so that I made the best choice for my family and I couldn’t be happier with my selection.
