Leigh you where awesome, so happy you helped; us more than any other agent we had to deal with in our long (for a time apperant eternal) wait to find a home. Thank you so much!

Leigh is seriously the best!!! She is crazy knowledgeable and helped us through everything. Also helped me remain calm over the first time buying a house craziness. Definitely would recommend her 100 times over!!

Leigh had a background in distressed (waiting for foreclosure) properties - she knew the issues confidently. We had a nice house, but she had neccesary little things fixed, and cleaned up and was very excited about it the property. We listed around thanksgiving - so holidays slowed things down, and the interest rates were also becoming a factor. But she didn't chase people, just waited for an offer and then did some very good negotiation so that we ended up better than the listing price, even with just one offer. Very happy and satisfied with outcome. Also very nice to work with when issues/questions came up. Thank you Leigh.

Leigh is an amazing real estate broker. She was there if I had any questions if we had any concerns, I was able to get a hold of her at any time of the day. She is an excellent person and I would recommend her to anybody.

Leigh is a excellent Real Estate sale person. This was my first time buying home and i had so many questions and doubt that i wouldnt find anything. But she assure me i will find a home and she help me stay positive. She never rush me or made me feel like i had to take any home. She was right i found the house i wanted. And I am so grateful she was the realtor that help me on this journey. I truly appreciate her .

Leigh Holland was the greatest in helping us fine our place i don't think I could find a better agent or person she was very professional in every way I would recommend her to anyone she's a great to us Leigh you are the best.

First time buyer and very inexperienced, Leigh made this process seamless and is such a fun person to be around and work with. She does a fantastic job of making sure that you are making educated decisions for yourself, is very patient, and goes so above and beyond to get you into a fair deal on your property. I would recommend Leigh over and over to anyone looking to work with an agent in the home-buying process.

We were impressed with Leigh's knowledge of real estate and pobate/estate issues since she also teaches new agents. Leigh was incredibly knowledgeable of the changing market and helped set realistic expectations as well as giving guidance to make the property desirable. She was extremely pleasant to work with and helped us get a full price offer. We'd use her again without reservation! Thanks, Leigh!

Leigh was with me ever step of the way. She worked very hard when it came to negotiating with the other realtor. She became more than just my realtor, she is a wonderful friend. I appreciate all that she has done for me. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Love you Leigh.

When we called the office and Leigh answered the phone I expressed what our desire was in the consideration of selling our home from needing a professional, someone who would stay on top of every aspect of the marketing and showing to her personal track record and an overall professional that was absolutely confident in their work to produce the desired outcome (to sell our home and promote it like her own). Leigh Holland exceeded our expectations and got the job accomplished as promised. We would highly recommend Leigh to anyone and would use her and Cressy Everett again in the future. Thanks Leigh for a job well done and God Bless!

Simply put, Leigh Holland is an awesome agent. Leigh makes you feel really confident weather buying or selling, you can't go wrong with Leigh.

Leigh was the best real estate agent that I have worked with. Very professional. Leigh was fantastic; she was very knowledgeable of the area, knew what I was looking for and very prompt in her proposal responses. Leigh was diligent in her research to find me a house.

She went above and beyond any kind of expectations we may of had. She made sure everything went as smoothly as it could and made sure I was knowledgeable every step of the way. Overall couldn't of asked for anyone better. We couldn't be more lucky to have gotten Leigh.

Leigh Holland stood out for her knowledge of the town and her sales background. Leigh provided excellent customer service and her patience with allowing us to find the right property exceeded our expectations. Leigh made us feel comfortable approaching her with any questions and concerns. Leigh is definitely an asset to the community and for future clients.

As always, Leigh was invaluable through the entire sale process. She was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the sales process which made things so easy for me. She was extremely patient, which she exhibited throughout the process as I consistently forgot to return her texts or perform very simple tasks that she'd ask me to do. She was incredibly personable and her consistent kindness and professionalism made the whole experience hassle-free. She was awesome!

Leigh Holland did an amamzing job herself that we did the smart decision by going with her as a realtor. She wanted us to do the best decision to find the perfect house. I would most definitely recommend Leigh Holland to all my friends and family.

Leigh was Awesome !! Her knowledge of how to deal with the estate was incredibly helpful & made ALL the difference for us as we prepared the estate for the market. Leigh always knew the answers to all our questions. I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. What started out as a difficult task, turned into a smooth transition as Leigh Holland, led us through the process, one step at a time.

Leigh has been amazing!! I wouldn't work with anyone else in Goshen!

I would highly recommend Leigh for home buying

We will never work with another realtor other than Leigh Holland. From day one, she clearly had a vision of how to sell and buy our homes. We followed her advice and could not be happier with her wonderful personality, fortitude, and her personable approach she had when addressing our wants and needs. Thank you again Leigh, we love our new home. Leigh Holland sold our home in 36 hours!! She’s the best as they come!!

We have worked with other Realtors and Leigh Holland is by far the best one!!!

We really enjoyed working with Leigh. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. I definitely would recommend Leigh.
