If you're looking fro a professional realtor who will keep your best interests in mind at all times, look no further than Leigh Holland. She is honest and as hard working as they come. There are no surprises with her, what you see is what you get. She has a lot of knowledge in her field. She will offer her advice, and if you don't agree, she's not pushy about it. Not only was she my realtor, she became a good friend. Her ethics and values matched mine and that's not something that I often encounter. Dealing with Leigh was an absolute Godsend and my wife and I couldn't have been happier. Everything this woman touches turns to sold! Don't hesitate to give her a call and let her help you with your housing needs, whether it be as a buyer or seller. We used her for both!

I live in North Carolina. My father who is in his 80's needed to sell a home that belonged to his parents. He had is listed for 6 months with another realtor. I was very upset when I discovered that some issues and told my father that I didnt want him to sign another contract with that company. I called my mother in law who had recently sold and purchased a new home. I asked her the name of the realtor that she used and thats how Leigh Holland came into our lives. I called left her message and my call was returned in a very timely manner. She wanted to set up an appointment right away and I laughed and told her that would be great if I didnt live in North Carolina. We had a good laugh. I explained to Leigh about what needed to be done and she listened to everything I had to say. When we hung up i knew I had found the right person to help my father sell the house. Leigh always keep me updated and the day she put the sign in the yard she texted me to let me know there was a showing that day! Leigh did more in those few days than I ever expected and the house sold within 2-3 days. Leigh Holland as I stated before is the best thing that could have happened to my family.
