Leigh Holland was the greatest in helping us fine our place i don't think I could find a better agent or person she was very professional in every way I would recommend her to anyone she's a great to us Leigh you are the best.

First time buyer and very inexperienced, Leigh made this process seamless and is such a fun person to be around and work with. She does a fantastic job of making sure that you are making educated decisions for yourself, is very patient, and goes so above and beyond to get you into a fair deal on your property. I would recommend Leigh over and over to anyone looking to work with an agent in the home-buying process.

We were impressed with Leigh's knowledge of real estate and pobate/estate issues since she also teaches new agents. Leigh was the best real estate agent that I have worked with. Very professional. Leigh was fantastic; she was very knowledgeable of the area, knew what I was looking for and very prompt in her proposal responses. Leigh was diligent in her research to find me a house.

We had a rental home to sale, but we didn’t want the tenant to have to relocate. Leigh did an excellent job finding an investor to purchase the property and the tenant was allowed to stay in the home. Our property sold in 1 day! Leigh wasn’t just interested in making a sale, she wanted us to be happy with the property. I started without any knowledge of the home buying experience, I just knew I was frustrated with renting. I had no real expectations when I reached out to her, just wanted to inquire and see where it’d go.. Next thing I know I’ve got my own home that I absolutely love. She made the process easy and made sure I understood everything along the way. If she seen a possible issue with a home we viewed she made sure to let me know so that I made the best choice for my family and I couldn’t be happier with my selection.

Leigh Holland was "assigned" to us from Zillow. We did not know her but we decided we would take the chance. We did not regret it. Leigh Holland was great to work with. She was very responsive to our questions and needs. She helped us understand the current market and what might be realistic in a negotiation. When things from the seller's side were less than typical, she helped the process get to the point of sale. We would call Leigh Holland again and would feel comfortable recommending her. She helped us find a competent inspector and successfully negotiate a discount on the home.
